Job summary

M Booth is seeking an Associate Digital Strategist to join our hybrid NYC-focused team. You’ll monitor social channels, surface insights, and collaborate with designers, strategists, and client leads to translate culture into resonant campaigns for B2B Google brands.

You’ll be extremely online, draft comments, manage communities, and help plan content calendars using Sprinklr. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of social media experience and strong writing skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience managing social media communities for brands.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Experience in tech brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the Voice of the Brand with a B2B lens and own daily community management across LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and Facebook.
• Monitor brand and industry conversations using tools like Brandwatch and Talkwalker.
• Draft and post comments aligned with brand voice guidelines.
• Flag potential issues and respond per established protocols.
• Attend live events or in-office events for real-time coverage.
• Maintain trackers to log engagements and opportunities.
