Qualifications

• Experience developing performance reports and analyzing campaign results.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and organic content performance.
• Experience with tools such as Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Meltwater, or similar platforms preferred.
• Experience using AI and automation tools to improve reporting, workflows, or content processes.
• Strong data analysis and communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Financial services, asset management, fintech, B2B marketing, or other regulated-industry experience is a plus.

About the Role

Russell Tobin’s client is seeking a Social Media Analytics & Operations Analyst to support a global social media program. This role will focus primarily on social media analytics, reporting, and performance insights, with additional responsibilities supporting social media operations, publishing, governance, and compliance.

Location: New York City, NY

Pay Rate: $38-$44/hour

Schedule: Hybrid - 4 Days On-Site / 1 Day Remote

Contract: 6 Months, Temp-to-Perm
