You will lead cutover plans, runbooks, and launch checklists, while collaborating with stakeholders to keep timelines and dependencies on track during testing, rehearsals, go-live, and post-launch activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience with large-scale system implementations, migrations, or launches.
  • Strong cross-functional project coordination experience.
  • Experience working with both technical and business teams.

Contract: Project-based, with potential extension through Q1 2027

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Analyst / Cutover Lead to support a large-scale Order Management System (OMS) migration.

You will coordinate business and technical teams to make sure everyone is prepared for the system launch and that the cutover goes smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the operational cutover plan.
  • Work with multiple teams and stakeholders to keep projects on schedule.
  • Coordinate business and technical activities during the system migration.
  • Create and maintain cutover plans, runbooks, and launch checklists.
  • Lead meetings, track action items, and provide updates to leadership.
  • Support testing, rehearsals, go-live, and post-launch activities.
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and make sure they are addressed.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product, business analysis, project coordination, or operations.
  • Experience with large-scale system implementations, migrations, or launches.
  • Strong cross-functional project coordination experience.
  • Experience working with both technical and business teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience creating project plans, runbooks, or launch documentation.
Preferred
  • Experience as a Cutover Lead or supporting major system cutovers.
  • Experience with Manhattan Active Omni.
  • Experience with fulfillment, BOPIS, or Ship-to-Home.
