Job summary

Everyday Dose Inc. seeks a Director of Social & Influencer to lead our brand presence across owned channels and creator collaborations. This player-coach will shape strategy, guide a growing team, and drive measurable impact through engaging content and creator partnerships.

You’ll own both organic social and influencer programs, translating culture into content, while partnering with design and growth to scale performance and revenue.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience building and managing social and influencer programs.
• Experience leading and developing a team while staying hands-on.
• A track record building organic social around a clear content strategy.
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and internet culture.
• Experience with paid creator amplification and CAC/performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own the social and influencer strategy, team, budget, and performance.
• Define organic social strategy, pillars, voice, and visual identity.
• Spot trends and translate moments into content that performs.
• Direct creative production with designers, editors, and creators to keep content flowing.
• Oversee creator sourcing, negotiation, briefing, and relationships.
