Acceleration Partners is seeking a Director of Influencer Strategy to lead the strategic development of influencer programs for a diverse client portfolio. This senior, externally-facing role sits at the intersection of sales, client services, and delivery, shaping market-ready influencer strategies and ensuring feasibility across scope and budget.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of influencer marketing experience with strategy and program buildout.
• Ability to present influencer strategies in client-facing contexts.
• Deep knowledge of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Substack.
• Working knowledge of affiliate marketing and willingness to learn.
• Strong written and verbal communication, can produce client-ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead STRATEGY-LED SALES ENABLEMENT, shaping influencer proposals and RFPs.
• Define program strategies grounded in industry intelligence and audience insights.
• Own industry-leading reporting, tying strategy to outcomes and upsell opportunities.
• Provide ongoing client support and upsell recommendations across a diverse brand portfolio.
• Contribute to AP marketing and external presence through thought leadership.
