You will translate energy from sports broadcasts, shows, and podcasts into social-first storytelling that drives engagement and community across platforms. The role partners with programming and promotions teams, develops growth tactics, mentors talent, and leads paid social campaigns while leveraging analytics to uncover new opportunities in a fast-paced, sports-focused media

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a communications-related field.
• 3+ years of professional social media experience.
• Experience in sports media or strong sports knowledge preferred.
• Experience with paid social campaigns and influencer collaborations.
• Proficiency in video production for social formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
• Strong understanding of social analytics and platform insights.

• Talent Development: Mentor on-air and podcast talent for social reach.
• Content Production: Create video, audio, graphics, and copy for platforms.

• Paid Social: Plan and optimize paid campaigns for reach.
• Data & Analytics: Use insights to inform strategy and growth.
• Trend Monitoring: Track trends and adapt formats accordingly.
