Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of professional social media experience.
• Sports media knowledge preferred.
• Experience with paid social campaigns.
• Experience working with influencers preferred.
• Experience in social production and day-to-day community management.
• Video production skills for social formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
• Strong project management with influencer campaigns.
• Data-driven with knowledge of social analytics and platform insights.

Responsibilities

• Evolve Audacy’s social presence by collaborating with radio/podcast teams to implement growth tactics.
• Develop and educate on-air and podcast talent on social strategies.
• Produce original content (video, audio, graphics, copy) for platforms and oversee social for Audacy Podcasts.
• Act as educator and resource for local markets to execute social strategies.
• Partner with programming and promotions teams to ensure integrated on-air, digital, and social efforts.
• Manage and execute paid social campaigns to boost reach and engagement.
• Use analytics to shape strategy, optimize content, and uncover growth opportunities.
• Monitor trends and propose new tools, formats, and approaches to stay competitive.
