Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in social media.
• Sports media experience preferred.
• Experience with paid social.
• Experience working with influencers.
• Experience in social production and community management.
• Video production for social-first formats.
• Experience planning and optimizing paid campaigns.
• Strong project management and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Strategy & Growth: Evolve Audacy’s social presence with market collaboration.
• Talent Development: Coach on-air and podcast talent for social growth.
• Content Production: Create video, audio, graphics and copy for platforms; oversee social production for Podcasts.
• Local Market Support: Educate markets to execute social strategies independently.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Align on-air, digital, and social efforts.
• Paid Social: Manage and execute paid campaigns to boost reach.
• Data & Analytics: Use insights to optimize content and find growth opportunities.
• Trend Monitoring: Track trends and propose new tools and formats.
