Audacy, Inc. is seeking a Social Content Strategy Manager to evolve our social presence across radio and podcast teams. You will drive growth tactics, educate talent on social strategies, and oversee content production for premiere Audacy Podcasts.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in social media, strong analytics, and hands-on experience with paid social campaigns and influencer collaborations. Hybrid in-office role with multi-market coordination.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in social media.
• Experience within sports media or strong sports knowledge preferred.
• Experience with paid social preferred.
• Experience working with influencers preferred.
• Proficiency in video production for social-first formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
• Experience planning, executing, and optimizing paid social campaigns.
• Strong project management with influencer campaigns.
• Deep understanding of social analytics and performance metrics.

• Strategy & Growth: evolve Audacy’s social presence and growth tactics.
• Talent Development: educate on-air and podcast talent on social strategy.
• Content Production: produce and oversee social content for Audacy Podcasts.
• Local Market Support: educate and support local markets.

• Paid Social: manage and execute paid campaigns.
• Data & Analytics: use insights to shape strategy and opportunities.
• Trend Monitoring: track trends and suggest new formats and tools.
