Job summary

Audacy, Inc. is seeking a Social Content Strategy Manager to lead and grow the company’s social presence across radio and podcast teams. You will develop social strategies, coach on-air and podcast talent, and oversee content production for premiere Audacy Podcasts.

The role requires 3+ years in social media, experience with paid social and influencer campaigns, and strong video production and analytics skills. Hybrid on-site work in multiple markets is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of professional experience in social media.
• Experience in sports media or strong sports knowledge preferred.
• Experience with paid social preferred.
• Experience working with influencers preferred.
• Proficient in video production for social-first formats (Reels/TikTok/Shorts).
• Strong project management with influencer campaigns.
• Solid understanding of social analytics and platform insights.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Growth: Evolve Audacy’s social presence with radio/podcast teams to implement growth tactics.
• Talent Development: Educate on-air and podcast talent on social strategies to grow multiplatform footprint.
• Content Production: Produce original content (video, audio, graphics, copy) optimized for each platform and oversee social production for Audacy Podcasts.
• Local Market Support: Act as educator and support resource for local markets to execute social strategies.
• Cross‑Functional Alignment: Partner with programming and promotions to ensure cohesive on-air, digital, and social efforts.
• Paid Social: Manage and execute paid social campaigns to boost reach and engagement.
• Data & Analytics: Use analytics to shape strategy and uncover growth opportunities.
• Trend Monitoring: Track trends and recommend tools/approaches to stay relevant.
