Pay Transparency The anticipated starting salary range for New York-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $66,300/yr. to $75,000/yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.

Overview With an emphasis on supporting and amplifying Audacy’s programming and talent, the Social Content Strategy Manager will focus on working closely with our local markets to translate the energy and immediacy of our content (sports broadcasts, show analysis, personalities, podcasts, pop culture and fan moments) into compelling, social-first storytelling that drives engagement and builds community. This role will also have the opportunity to contribute across formats including music, news, and news/talk - ensuring our social strategy is dynamic and aligned with the unique strengths of each brand.
