Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Social & Family Domain Lead to the Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) program. This senior-level role provides strategic, technical, and operational leadership for social and family readiness services that enhance Special Operations Forces (SOF) resilience, mission readiness, and career longevity.

Qualifications

U.S. citizenship is required.
Candidates must possess an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance or be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance as required for contract performance.

Provide strategic, technical, and operational leadership for social and family readiness services that enhance SOF resilience, mission readiness, and career longevity.
Oversee programs that strengthen relationships, family stability, communication, social connection, unit cohesion, peer support, family integration, and preparedness.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary POTFF professionals, government stakeholders, operational leaders, service members, and families to deliver evidence-based, mission-focused support.
