SharkNinja is seeking a Manager, Social Analytics to lead social analytics for the US and Canada, reporting into the Sr. Director, Social Analytics. This role blends deep social media fluency with 2026-caliber analytics and a growing use of AI-powered workflows.

You'll manage a stakeholder group across regional and global partners, translating social signal into action for all of them, with a strong focus on KPIs and actionable insight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in analytics, data science, statistics, economics, marketing, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in marketing analytics or social media analytics.
• Experience with SQL and Snowflake; comfort with AI-assisted analytics tools and agentic workflows a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead reporting and insights across all social media activity for the US and Canada.
• Serve as the primary analytics partner for the region with cross-functional collaboration.
• Direct the use of AI agents against social and marketing data to surface signals faster.
• Provide fast, actionable analysis to inform regional growth and product decisions.
• Deliver tailored executive reporting and establish benchmarks for the region.
