SharkNinja is seeking a Marketing Analytics leader to drive social media insights and regional growth. You will partner with regional teams to build scalable measurement and deliver actionable analyses that inform media, social, and creative strategies.

The role requires 6+ years in marketing analytics, strong SQL and Power BI skills, and a data-driven mindset to influence fast-paced decision-making. On-site with flexible WFH 1–2 days weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Strong track record analyzing marketing data and translating insights into actions.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and metrics.
• Experience with AI-powered insights that drive immediate action in fast-paced social media.
• Strong analytical thinking balancing rigor with speed-to-insight.
• Experience architecting data pipelines and analytics infrastructure.
