SharkNinja is seeking a Manager, Social Analytics to lead social analytics for the US and Canada, reporting to the Sr. Director.

This role blends social fluency with AI-powered analytics to surface meaningful insights and drive regional growth, working with regional and global partners. You will manage stakeholder groups across marketing, agencies, and leadership, turning data into actionable strategies and KPI-driven reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or related field; Master’s a plus.
• 6+ years in marketing analytics or social media analytics.
• Experience with SQL and platforms like Snowflake; comfort with AI-assisted analytics tools.
• Strong analytical and spreadsheet fundamentals; curious about AI-powered workflows.
• Proven ability to analyze social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and translate insights into actions.
• Self-motivated; able to manage ambiguity and multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead social analytics reporting and insights across US & Canada; quantify virality drivers.
• Serve as primary analytics partner for the region with regional stakeholders.
• Direct AI-driven insight generation on social and marketing data.
• Provide fast, actionable analysis to inform regional growth and product launches.
• Manage stakeholder needs across social, marketing, agencies, and leadership.
• Define outcome-oriented KPIs aligned to business goals (sell products, delight users).
• Deliver executive reporting and automate recurring outputs where possible.
• Establish benchmarks and evolve measurement approaches for the region.
