SharkNinja in Needham, MA is seeking a Manager, Social Analytics to lead US/Canada social analytics, blending strong analytics with AI-powered workflows. You will manage regional partners and translate social signals into actionable insights that drive growth and product impact.

In this role you will partner with regional social, marketing, and agencies, develop outcome-oriented KPIs, and deliver executive reporting while advancing best practices in measurement across the region.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
6+ years of experience in marketing analytics or social media analytics.
Experience with SQL and Snowflake; comfort with AI-assisted analytics tools and agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead social analytics reporting and insights for US and Canada across organic, earned, influencer, and paid activity.
Serve as the primary analytics partner for the region with regional social, marketing, and agency leaders.
Direct the use of AI agents to surface signals faster and make data actionable for growth and product.
Deliver executive reporting and tailor outputs for regional and global stakeholders.
