You’ll manage four regional managers, drive AI-powered insight generation, and partner with Brand, Creative, IMC, Media, Product, and regional marketing teams to shape strategy.

You’ll lead analytics across organic, paid, influencer, and earned channels, championing data visualization, forecasting, and executive storytelling while evolving the operating model

Qualifications

• 10+ years of analytics experience with a significant focus on social media analytics.
• Experience leading managers across a distributed, regional team.
• Hands-on practitioner and strategic leader with executive presence.
• Deep expertise measuring global social media performance across paid, organic, influencer, and earned.
• Experience applying advanced data visualization, statistical modeling, and forecasting techniques.
• Curiosity for AI-powered and agentic workflows to scale insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead four regional managers and set global measurement standards.
• Own the analytical work and the long-term vision for the function.
• Drive AI-powered insight generation and scalable surfacing of what matters.
• Partner with social strategy, brands, and regional marketing leaders.
