Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of analytics experience with a focus on social media analytics and people leadership across distributed regional teams.
• Hands-on practitioner and strategic leader with global analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead four regional Managers and set global measurement frameworks and standards.
• Own and scale the analytics function and operating model.
• Drive AI-powered, agent-driven insight generation across markets.
• Partner with social strategy and stakeholders across regions.
• Measure performance across paid, organic, influencer, and earned channels.
• Oversee global social listening to identify trends and risks and opportunities.
• Deliver narrative insights to senior leadership to shape global strategy.
• Collaborate with Brand, Creative, IMC, Media, Product, and Regional Marketing.
