Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in sports, entertainment, or ticket sales.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, matchdays, holidays, and community events as required.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Generate ticket revenue through sale of Real Salt Lake ticket products (season memberships, group tickets, partial plans, premium seating).
• Identify and develop new business opportunities via outbound calls, in-person meetings, networking, and stadium tours.
• Build relationships with local businesses, youth organizations, schools, and community groups to grow the fan base.
• Promote Real Salt Lake and professional soccer through community outreach and engagement initiatives.
• Sell group ticket packages to clubs, corporate partners, and affinity groups.
• Maintain a high level of customer service for assigned accounts and ensure a positive fan experience.
• Accurately track activities and pipeline in the CRM system.
• Support matchday operations by hosting clients and assisting with group experiences.
• Participate in events to generate leads and strengthen community connections.
