Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or sports management.
10+ years in progressive sales roles within professional sports or athletics.
5+ years in leading sales teams with revenue responsibility.
Experience achieving ticket sales and revenue goals in a competitive sports environment.
Experience developing ticket sales strategies and budgeting.

Responsibilities

Lead Utah Royals FC ticket sales operations across memberships, premium seating, group sales, mini plans, and single tickets.
Develop short- and long-term ticket sales strategies aligned with financial objectives.
Establish revenue budgets, forecasts, KPIs and ensure goals are met.
Lead and mentor the ticket sales team to drive revenue performance.
Oversee pricing, inventory, yield management and revenue optimization.
Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, Partnerships, Fan Experience to create integrated revenue initiatives.
Develop season ticket member acquisition, retention, and renewal strategies.
