Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service and hospitality during all operating hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Maintain a positive attitude and collaborate with staff to ensure efficiency and camaraderie.
• Handle inquiries and bookings using computerized systems, with cash and stock reconciliation procedures.
• Uphold the aesthetic, atmosphere, and culture.
• Maintain product knowledge for soccer and retail operations.
• Provide administrative and clerical support for the management team, including word processing, reception paperwork, and database maintenance.
• Perform other duties as necessary, compatible with the position’s nature.
