Job summary

Sofive Soccer Centers is seeking a Service Representative to be the primary contact for customers, delivering high-quality service and administrative support to the management team. You will engage with customers, provide information on products and services, drive sales, resolve issues, and maintain positive patron relationships.

Responsibilities include assisting with bookings, handling inquiries, and maintaining the store's ambiance.

Qualifications

• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and some evening shifts.
• Retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service during all operating hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Maintain a positive attitude and collaborate with all staff to ensure efficiency and camaraderie.
• Handle inquiries and bookings using computerized systems, adhering to cash and stock reconciliation procedures.
• Uphold the aesthetic, atmosphere, and culture.
• Maintain product knowledge for all soccer and retail operations.
• Provide administrative support for the management team, including word processing, reception paperwork, and database maintenance.
• Perform other duties as necessary, compatible with the position.
