Job summary

Sofive Soccer Centers is seeking a Service Representative to be the primary contact for customers, delivering excellent service and supporting management with administrative tasks.

You will engage with patrons, provide information on products and services, drive sales, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships across all shifts, including weekends. This role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and a passion for soccer and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service and hospitality during all operating hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with all staff members to ensure efficiency and camaraderie.
• Effectively handle inquiries and bookings using computerized systems, adhering to cash and stock reconciliation procedures.
• Uphold the aesthetic, atmosphere, and culture.
• Maintain product knowledge for all soccer and retail operations.
• Provide administrative and clerical support for the management team, including word processing, coordinating reception paperwork, and database maintenance.
• Perform other duties as necessary, compatible with the position's nature.
