Job summary

Sofive Soccer Centers is a modern sport complex focused on 5-a-side soccer, delivering exceptional service to players and guests at its Upland location. The Service Representative role is the frontline contact, driving customer satisfaction, handling inquiries, and supporting the management team with light administrative tasks.

You will assist with bookings and product knowledge, uphold the venue’s welcoming atmosphere, and work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Passion and knowledge about the soccer industry.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service during operating hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure efficiency and camaraderie.
• Handle inquiries and bookings using computerized systems, with cash and stock reconciliation.
• Uphold the venue’s aesthetic, atmosphere and culture.
• Maintain product knowledge for soccer and retail operations.
• Provide administrative support for management, including word processing and database maintenance.
• Perform other duties as necessary, compatible with the position.
