Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service and hospitality during all operating hours.
• Maintain a positive attitude and collaborate with staff to ensure efficiency and camaraderie.
• Handle inquiries and bookings using computerized systems, with cash and stock reconciliation.
• Uphold the store’s aesthetic, atmosphere, and culture.
• Maintain product knowledge for soccer and retail operations.
• Provide administrative support for management, including paperwork and database upkeep.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
