Job summary

Innovamat is seeking a Growth & Strategy Lead based in Los Angeles, with ~50% travel. You’ll work closely with our General Manager to shape US market strategy, build relationships with district leaders and educators, and identify opportunities for expansion.

This role offers high ownership, cross-functional impact, and the chance to build a regional playbook. We value strategic thinkers who can operate from 0→1, navigate ambiguity, and lead with a collaborative, mission-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-performing, fast-paced environment (consulting, investment banking, tech, startups, education, or entrepreneurial setting).
• Experience working with senior stakeholders, building partnerships, or developing new markets is a plus.
• Track record of taking ownership and delivering results.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Strategic and structured thinker who can execute and roll up sleeves.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Southern California market through district leaders, educators, and key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic market initiatives and partnerships.
• Build for the future by shaping the regional growth plan and, over time, leading a local team.
• Represent Innovamat at conferences and events to expand our presence.
