Job summary

Imagine Learning, a remote-friendly education technology company, seeks a Regional Sales Director for Southern California. You lead a sales team, drive revenue growth, and manage key accounts across the region. Travel ~60% is required; the role emphasizes strategic planning, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration to meet ambitious targets.

You will report to the Division Vice President of Sales and shape sales programs, forecasts, and client strategies in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading remote teams preferred.
• Proven history of driving sales results and achieving goals.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Devise and implement the company’s sales strategy; strategize sales plans for short- and long-term objectives.
• Counsel, train, and guide direct reports to drive organization plans for achieving sales goals; coach and develop selling techniques.
• Set revenue targets and KPIs; monitor performance and adjust plans accordingly.
• Analyze account profitability and market penetration; summarize sales performance for leadership.
