Job summary

Innovamat in Los Angeles is seeking a Growth & Strategy Lead to shape the US market strategy, build district relationships, and drive cross-functional growth across Southern California. You will own territory strategy, lead pilots, and help scale the team as the region expands, with ~50% travel.

You will work closely with the General Manager on strategic projects, bring market insights, and shape Innovamat's growth trajectory in a dynamic education ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-performing, fast-paced environment such as consulting, investment banking, tech, startups, education, or another entrepreneurial setting.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders, building partnerships, or developing new markets is a plus.
• A track record of taking ownership and making things happen.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with district leaders, educators, and key stakeholders across Southern California.
• Identify priority districts and communities where we can have the greatest impact and lead partnerships from conversation to pilots and long-term collaboration.
• Work with the General Manager on strategic projects, market initiatives, and shaping our go-to-market model.
