Innovamat in San Francisco is seeking a Strategy Associate to help build and scale our U.S. growth engine. You will work closely with the VP of Global Marketing to shape go-to-market strategy, channels, and messaging.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Structured and commercially minded thinker.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong proficiency in presentations and spreadsheets; AI skills are a plus.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and moving quickly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze U.S. markets, customer segments, competitors and growth opportunities.
• Identify the channels, audiences and messages with the highest potential to drive awareness and pipeline.
• Partner with Sales and the CRO to connect growth initiatives to commercial outcomes.
• Launch and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Design experiments across campaigns, content, partnerships, sampling, and events; measure results and scale what works.
• Create US-native marketing and sales materials, including emails, landing pages and one-pagers.
• Support book giveaways, conferences, and other initiatives that generate leads with schools.
• Build dashboards and analyses to track funnel performance and turn data into actionable insights.
• Lead high-impact projects from problem definition through execution.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and leadership to turn insights into action.
