Zusammenfassung

DLC, part of Addison Group, seeks an experienced SoCal Client Account Director to drive business development, sales and networking opportunities, ensuring high utilization and efficiency for the SoCal practice. You will lead the client development lifecycle and guide consultants through client introductions and engagements.

Ideal candidates bring a Finance/Accounting degree (CPA/MBA preferred) and a proven track record in professional services sales, with the ability to engage with C-suite

Qualifikationen

• Formal Finance/Accounting degree with strong business development track record in professional services/consulting.
• Experience selling to C-suite / buyers.
• Proven ability to drive revenue, deals, and cross-functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Execute and lead ~10 prospect meetings per week with financial executives, partnering with DLC Senior Business Development leadership.
• Source deal opportunities from networking, marketing, and prospect meetings.
• Coordinate with local DLC sales team to prepare consultants for client introductions and coach on engagement performance.
• Attend candidate interviews and pre-engagement client meetings to facilitate deployments.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and cross-functional deal activity.
• Build and expand client relationships and partner with DLC Client Services and Sales Enablement teams throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Attend networking events to increase sales penetration and build relationships with potential prospects.
