Job summary

DLC, part of Addison Group, is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive client services, sales and networking for the Orange County practice. You will identify project opportunities, deploy our bench consultants and ensure high utilization and revenue growth.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years selling professional services, a track record with C-suite executives, and a finance or accounting background. CPA or MBA preferred and familiarity with AI tools like Claude, OpenAI and ChatGPT.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience selling professional services.
• Experience selling to C-Suite executives.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute 12-15 prospect meetings per week with financial decision-makers.
• Lead in-person client meetings to introduce DLC services and grow accounts.
• Source deal opportunities from networking and prospect meetings.
• Qualify opportunities and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Coordinate data tasks in CRM and cross-referrals with teams.
