Zusammenfassung

DLC, within Addison Group, is looking for a Client Services Director to drive business development and sales for the Los Angeles practice. You will secure opportunities, manage high-value prospects and expand existing accounts, coordinating cross-functional teams to execute the client lifecycle.

Ideal candidates bring a track record of revenue growth in professional services, experience selling to executives, and familiarity with AI tools.

Qualifikationen

• Proven business development / sales success in professional services or consulting.
• Experience selling to C-Suite and managing client relationships.
• Strong business development track record in accounting, finance or technology.

Aufgaben

• Execute and lead 12-15 prospect meetings per week with financial decision-makers.
• Lead in-person client meetings to introduce DLC services and grow accounts.
• Source deal opportunities through marketing, networking and prospecting.
• Qualify opportunities and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Develop market expansion activities and campaigns.
• Collaborate with peer teams to coordinate deal flow and referrals.
• Maintain CRM data quality and assist with post-engagement activities.
