DLC, part of Addison’s consulting bench, is seeking a Director of Business Development in Orange County to drive client services, sales, and networking for our finance and accounting practice. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of professional services sales, a track record of revenue growth, and experience selling to C-suite executives.

• Proven 7–10+ years selling professional services.
• Experience selling to C-Suite executives.
• Strong revenue generation and deal pursuit capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Execute and lead 12–15 prospect meetings per week with financial decision-makers.
• Develop client relationships and expand portfolio of accounts.
• Source deal opportunities from marketing, networking and prospect meetings.
• Qualify opportunities and manage CRM data integrity.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to close deals.
