Job summary

DLC, based in San Francisco, seeks a Client Services Director to drive business development and sales for its Accounting and Finance consulting bench. The role focuses on identifying project opportunities, nurturing relationships with target clients, and ensuring high utilization for the LA practice while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates bring a track record in professional services sales, experience selling to C-suite executives, and the ability to leverage networks

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have a proven business development/sales track record in professional services/consulting.
Experience selling to C-suite executives and managing cross-functional relationships.
Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, OpenAI, ChatGPT) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Execute and lead 12-15 prospect meetings per week with financial decision-makers.
Attend client meetings to introduce DLC services and develop portfolio of accounts.
Source deal opportunities from networking and prospect meetings.
Qualify opportunities and build relationships with stakeholders.
Attend interviews and pre-engagement meetings to facilitate project closures.
Collaborate with teams to expand client relationships and campaigns.
Perform CRM data tasks to manage deals and notes.
