Job summary

Sun Country Airlines is seeking a Manager of SOC Standards to lead and standardize procedures across Dispatch, Crew Scheduling, and Maintenance Control. You will design training curricula, own SOC manuals, and drive consistent operational practices.

This full-time onsite role in Minneapolis, MN requires strong airline operations knowledge, leadership, and the ability to coordinate across departments, including merger and acquisition readiness initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of airline operations experience in SOC/OCC/Dispatch.
• Strong knowledge of SOC coordination and irregular operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership capability to coach and develop teams.
• BA/BS in aviation, business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SOC policies, procedures, manuals, checklists, and quick reference materials.
• Design training curriculum for Duty Manager and SOC Coordinators.
• Conduct initial and recurrent SOC training for Duty Managers and SOC Coordinators.
• Manage updates to SOC and Delay Management Manuals.
• Lead merger/acquisition readiness documentation and standards.
