Manager of SOC Standards Overview:
Sun Country Airlines is seeking a Manager of SOC Standards to be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining standardized SOC processes, procedures, training programs, and career development pathways that support safe, efficient, and compliant airline operations. This role provides leadership for the Duty Manager and SOC Coordinator teams and partners closely with SOC departmental leaders to align policies, procedures, manuals, checklists, training materials, and merger and acquisition readiness activities across all areas of the System Operations Control organization, including Dispatch, Crew Scheduling, Crew Travel, Maintenance Control, Maintenance Planning, AOG, Station Support, and other operational support functions.

Compensation:
Pay range: $120,000 - $140,000 USD annually. This is the base compensation hiring range for this role.

Supervisory Responsibility:
Provides leadership, coaching, training, performance support, and career development guidance for SOC Duty Managers and SOC Coordinators.
This job operates in a professional office and SOC environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets, as well as airline operational systems and communication tools.
