Sun Country Airlines in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Charter Operations Agent to support the SOC team with timely information to flight dispatch, maintenance, vendors and clients during the operational day.

The role emphasizes customer service, manifest handling, and communications for irregular operations while maintaining safety and confidentiality. This full-time, onsite position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or relevant work experience.
• 1+ year related airline experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision under stressful situations.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, OneNote, Teams) and ability to learn new applications.
• Ability to prioritize, pivot and multitask in a rapidly evolving airline operations environment.
• Must pass criminal history background check and pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls from clients, vendors and charter representatives professionally.
• Monitor charter flight activity and notify clients and vendors of delays.
• Maintain confidentiality of client manifests and sensitive information.
• Upload and disseminate passenger manifests for charters.
• Collaborate to develop irregular operations within the Charter Desk Lead and SOC.
• Confirm services and transitions for charter operations.
• Perform duties per Sun Country policies with safe, high-integrity operations.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
