Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor automated monitoring equipment for fire and intrusion alarm signals 24/7.
• Coordinate responses with on‑call personnel, fire, police, and agencies.
• Serve as central information hub for after-hours calls and emergencies.
• Receive calls and coordinate response to emergencies including robberies and evacuations.
• Maintain access control systems and update PIN codes.
• Coordinate service calls for CCTV and alarm systems; provide overrides as needed.
