Job summary

Qualifications

Associate degree required, or HS Diploma/GED with security systems or IT experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
Ability to perform under high-stress conditions and respond rapidly to life safety incidents.
Excellent written and verbal communication for detailed incident reporting.

Responsibilities

Monitor and remediate intrusion detection alarms.
Answer, prioritize, and respond to telephonic security incident reports.
Manage and log site entry/exit and system disarm events.
Write and submit detailed security incident reports.
Submit service requests for security system repairs and validate completed work.
Perform and document system checks and video surveillance tours.
Provide forensic investigative support using video and access control systems.
Perform administrative tasks related to ESOC operations.
