Qualifications

• Seven+ years in security operations control room.
• 3+ years leading SOC teams with coaching and performance management.
• Experience with access control, alarm monitoring, and CCTV systems.
• Strong communication and ability to produce training materials and SOPs.
• Experience with SOC metrics and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day SOC operations and provide direction.
• Plan staffing, scheduling, and performance oversight.
• Select and develop SOC staff and administer disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain staffing coverage for day and night shifts.
• Develop and optimize SOC processes and metrics.
• Ensure SOC systems and reports meet quality standards.
• Maintain situational awareness of threats affecting locations nationwide.
