Job summary

Securitas, Inc. seeks a Security Operations Center Operations Supervisor to lead the SOC team overseeing risk management, access control, investigations, and security system administration across client properties.

The role drives the growth of the SOC program and partners with managers and client employees to pursue targeted opportunities and projects while ensuring continuity and compliance with SLAs and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience developing a SOC program in a high-tech corporate environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with risk management systems and access control technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SOC Operations Center team to meet performance standards.
• Build relationships with business partners and ensure badge program compliance.
• Oversee design and execution of SOC and SIOC operations.
• Collaborate with Workplace Services and Security Systems team on alarms and go-live projects.
• Develop processes and training materials for SOC operators.
• Provide guidance on risk management, access control, and investigations.
