Qualifications

• Must have active U.S. Department of Energy clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Associates in relevant discipline plus a minimum of 3 years of directly related experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor 24/7 SOC operations and manage tickets across IT services.
• Perform system monitoring and verify hardware, network, and server resource availability.
• Own shift coverage, scheduling, and workload distribution; lead daily status meetings.
