Job Description:

Design, develop, and optimize modern ServiceNow user experiences using UI Builder, Next Experience Framework, and AI-powered capabilities such as Now Assist, Generative AI, Virtual Agent, AI Agents, and intelligent workflow automation. Partner with business stakeholders, architects, and platform teams to deliver highly intuitive, scalable, and AI‑assisted enterprise applications.

Responsibilities:

• UI Builder & Next Experience Development:
  • Design and develop responsive, user‑centric applications using ServiceNow UI Builder.
  • Create and configure custom pages, workspaces, dashboards, and employee experiences within Next Experience.
  • Build reusable UI components and page templates to accelerate application delivery.
  • Configure client‑side interactions, data resources, and component bindings.
  • Develop role‑based personalized user experiences.
  • Optimize page performance, accessibility, and usability standards across devices.
  • Implement enterprise‑grade navigation, branding, and workspace experiences.
• AI‑Assisted Solution Development:
  • Leverage ServiceNow Now Assist capabilities to build AI‑enhanced experiences.
