TechDigital Group is looking for a ServiceNow UI Builder Lead for an urgent onsite engagement in Santa Clara, CA. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and modern UI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UI development initiatives leveraging ServiceNow UI Builder
• Design and develop scalable ServiceNow solutions using best practices
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions
• Implement and maintain reusable components and frameworks
• Guide and mentor junior developers on ServiceNow technologies

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of hands‑on experience in ServiceNow development.

Strong Expertise in:

• UI Builder
• Script Includes
• Service Portal

Proficiency in:

• ServiceNow scripting
• JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• AngularJS and/or React

Experience with:

• Flow Designer
• IntegrationHub
• Access Control Lists (ACLs)
• Service Catalog

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow certifications such as CSA and/or CAD.

Experience working with:

• Customer Service Management (CSM)
• NowAssist (GenAI capabilities)
• Agentic AI solutions
