Job summary

DJ's Landscape Management is seeking seasonal Snow Plow Truck Drivers to join our team in Kalamazoo, MI. You will clear snow and ice from commercial parking lots and ensure timely responses during winter months.

We offer a base pay of $24–$26 per hour, paid training, and a part-time, seasonal schedule from November 15 to April 15 with potential for full-time opportunities based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Drive snow plow trucks to clear snow and ice from commercial parking lots.
• Valid Chauffeur's License (company will assist in acquiring one).
• Valid MDOT (company will assist in acquiring one).

Responsibilities

• Drive snow plow trucks to clear snow and ice from commercial parking lots.
• Monitor weather conditions and road surfaces to ensure timely and effective response.
• Work safely to complete snow removal to customer specifications and quality standards.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety.
• Submit details of hours, activities and materials in an accurate and timely manner.
• Complete all training, onboarding, snow removal safety, and route learning.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Smart phone usage for job coordination.
