Job summary

DJ's Landscape Management is seeking on-call Snow Shovel Driver to join our winter team in Grand Rapids, MI. You will drive a shovel crew in a box truck to and from job sites and perform snow removal duties in line with customer specifications.

This is a part-time, seasonal position with flexible scheduling. Eligible candidates should be 18+, have reliable transportation, and a valid chauffeur's license or be willing to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• No prior experience required.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Valid driver’s license (or willingness to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Drive shovel crew in a box truck to and from job sites.
• Perform shovel crew duties as assigned.
• Complete onboarding training, snow removal safety, and route learning.
• Submit hours, activities, and materials in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements

• Responsible for driving the shovel crew in a box truck to and from job sites in addition to performing shovel crew responsibilities
• Complete training for onboarding, snow removal safety, and learning routes.
• Work safely to complete snow removal to customer specifications and quality standards
• Utilize effective communication for on-the-job issues that may arise
• Submit details of hours, activities, and materials in an accurate and timely manner
• Must be 18 or older
• No experience required
• Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work
• Valid chauffeur's license required (or must be willing to obtain one)
• Available for on-call work including nights, days, holiday, and weekend work as needed
