Qualifications

• Understanding of healthcare regulations.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop a high-performance sales and clinical organization to meet objectives.
• Provide day-to-day field leadership and coach the field team.
• Develop and execute territory plans to deliver on revenue commitments.
• Provide field clinical support, patient interactions, and education.
• Build relationships with customers and drive new business.
• Lead sales and educational initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Develop market for existing and new products aligned with divisional goals.
• Identify changes in healthcare and competitive pressures to adjust strategies.
• Attend clinical meetings, seminars, and conferences.
• Serve as contact for hospital management and purchasing departments.
• Submit forecasts and expense reports in a timely fashion.
• Negotiate distribution agreements as required.
• Maintain assets and inventory per audit requirements.
• Complete Axonics training and apply skills in the field.
• Other duties as assigned.
