Boston Scientific is seeking a driven Clinical Specialist in Fort Worth, TX to support sales and patient service objectives. You will provide reliable technical, educational, operational, and sales support across hospitals and clinics, with up to 50% travel.

The role requires clinical credibility in high-stakes environments and strong collaboration with Area Directors and Territory Managers. Required: high school diploma; regional travel; professionalism in ORs/clinics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel regionally to support clinical needs.
• Confidence and professionalism in high-stakes clinical environments (ORs, clinics).
• 3 years of clinical experience in medical devices or 5 years in urology as an RN.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Establishes, develops, and maintains positive relationships with customers and patients.
• Provides clinical support in surgeries, troubleshooting, and follow-ups in hospitals and clinics.
• Uses clinical knowledge to advance growth opportunities and value proposals.
• Delivers exceptional customer service to all customers and staff.
• Educates customer staff on Axonics products and therapies.
• Completes patient care documentation in Axonics PCM system.
• Manages patient calls/texts and may work after hours or weekends.
• Travels with Area Director and Territory Managers to learn market dynamics.
• Contributes to quarterly goals and territory initiatives.
• Assists with education/training of new employees.
• Maintains inventory for case coverage and trunk stock.
• Resolves customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Coordinates sales and marketing with team members and departments.
• Visits accounts to replenish literature and maintain relationships with staff.
• Drives sales growth in target accounts with Territory Managers.
• Participates in territory sales growth activities and events.
