Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in sales and marketing in health industry.
• Ability to achieve both personal and team sales plans.
• Strong business analysis, judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of healthcare regulations and relationships with stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performance sales and clinical organization to achieve objectives.
• Provide daily guidance and coaching to the field team.
• Develop and execute territory plans to meet revenue commitments.
• Deliver day-to-day field clinical support, including programming and patient follow-up.
• Establish relationships with hospitals; drive new business in the territory.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing/CCO/Product/Business Managers on strategic initiatives.
• Develop market for existing and new products aligned with goals.
• Identify changes in healthcare dynamics to adapt strategies.
• Attend clinical meetings and conferences as appropriate.
• Maintain reports, forecasts and compliance with processes.
• Negotiate distribution agreements when required.
• Maintain inventory and assets per audits.
• Complete training and maintain product knowledge.
• Other duties as assigned.
