Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in sales and marketing in health industry.
• Ability to achieve both personal and team sales territory plans.
• Proven business analysis and judgment to meet objectives.
• Strategy development, project management and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and ability to travel extensively.

Responsabilités

• Support and develop a high-performance sales and clinical organization to achieve business objectives.
• Provide daily guidance and leadership to the field team through effective communication and coaching.
• Develop, execute territory plans to deliver revenue commitments and sustainable growth.
• Provide day-to-day field clinical support, patient interactions, education, and device programming.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers and drive new business in the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing/CCO/Product/Business Managers on strategic initiatives.
• Attend clinical meetings, seminars and conferences as appropriate.
• Handle reports and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
